The protagonist enteres an asteroid belt with its spacecraft. The ship gets damaged and is now on a collision course with a nearby moon. Bring the flame to the lighthouse. Subgoal outcomes would either be victory by advancing to the next level or defeat by the flame dying, in which case the player is set back to the beginning of the level.
The mood board should convey the look&feel of Graviton. The style is neither hyper-realistic nor strongly abstract, but finds the right balance.
